BBQ Sauce
Summer is here, we have the products to make you the king of the barbecue season. Here is a recipe for a simple but extremely tasty BBQ sauce.
You need:
5 dl ketchup
2.3dl of water
1.2dl apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tablespoon Coleman Mustard powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Green Jalapeno chili powder
2 tablespoons Guajillo chili powder (or chipotle, amarillo)
1 tsp Bhut Jolokia chili powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
In a medium pot, combine all the ingredients. Bring to the boil while stirring, turn down the heat so it boils lightly. Let the little ones cook without the lid for 1 hour and c1 15 min or until it has become a thick, good glaze. Now you have a royal marinade for the grill with unbeatable flavours.
