Hot Chili Con Carne

500g pulled pork
1 package of bacon
2 organic onions
6 red chillies - alternatively 3 tablespoons of Arctic Red sauce
2 large red organic peppers
4 chopped organic tomatoes
1 can of chili beans (Heinz) organic
1 can tomato beans (Heinz) organic
4 Chinese garlic
2 tsp cumin
5-6 tsp paprika powder
2-4 teaspoons Arctic chili powder
1 bottle of dark beer with honey

Sear bacon cut into cubes. Put oil in a large saucepan and fry finely chopped onion and garlic until glossy. Mix and remove from heat. Preheat the oven and bake the peppers until they are baked and slightly black in the skin, approx. 200 degrees with oil. Cut up and put in the pot. Put in pulled pork, tomato, beer, tomato beans, stir and bring to a boil. Let simmer for an hour uncovered. Season with salt and pepper and add the chilli beans. Continue to cook on a low heat for about 1 hour with the lid on. Served with homemade garlic and coriander bread..
