Snow-white tubers with outstanding taste.
Gets thick, heavy, snow-white tubers. Used raw in salads, boiled or steamed. If the seeds are sown too early, the plant does not form a tuber, but sets seeds. Pre-cultivated in pots to promote the plant's growth. Requires a sunny and warm location in deep, calcareous, sandy clay soil. Keep plenty of moisture. Fertilizer-requiring. When the plant is growing, the soil is packed around it. After sowing, the soil is kept moist until germination is well under way.
