7 Pot Mustard is a relatively new variant of 7 Pot. Originally, 7 Pot comes from Trinidad Tobago, where the name arose locally because you could cook 7 strong pot dishes on one chili. Mustard is chopped stronger and has a slightly more sour taste. The fruit ripens from light green to mustard yellow. The plant produces good fruit, but takes a while to ripen the fruits.
