Bhut Jolokia Mustard, known to many as Ghost Chili. Bhut Jolokia Mustard is chopped stronger than regular Bhut Jolokia. It also has a much more complex flavor and acidity. For several years this was the standing official world record for the strongest chilli! But in recent years, there has been constant competition for the throne. New hybrids have taken their place, but that doesn't mean Bhut Jolokia isn't strong! On the contrary. This is perhaps one of the strongest chilies in existence and not least one of the tastiest! Many chili communities still believe that these are among the strongest chilies you can get your hands on. The fruit has a lot of aroma and flavor, some sweetness and a lot of meat compared to other super strong chilies. Definitely one of the favorites! Insanely strong, but amazing taste! Keep away from children and pets!
