Beetroot, Bright Lights F1 (Beta vulgaris vulgaris). Color play with several different colors on stems and leaves. The stalks are cut into pieces and steamed or boiled like kohlrabi. The leaves can be prepared like spinach. Suitable for growing outdoors or in a cool greenhouse. After germination, thin out to a plant distance of 30 cm. Requires plenty of fertilization. If the top is removed completely in autumn and the plant is jumped and covered with winter cloth, it is possible to harvest early next spring.

Place in a sunny position in nutrient-rich and well-drained soil.

Delicate and decorative vegetable.
