Kung Pao is a typical Asian chili. Long, thin, crisp in the pulp and good in food. Mild chilli with very thin walls which is fine if you want to dry them whole just hanging on a string in the kitchen. Kung Pao is a hybrid of the well-known Thai chilies with a lot of history behind it. The plant becomes extremely large and long-traveled, and throughout the season it is a great sight with hundreds of thin dark chillies hanging from it. Kung Pao takes a good amount of time to ripen, so expect to harvest late in the season. But in return you get a lot!!!
